The Horses Menu

These are the items on the Horses Menu, and what they do.


Set Horse Paid	Clicking this puts the current date in the horses Date Fee Paid field. Why not just type it in yourself? Because clicking the menu item also adds this horse to a list of horses that need recording cards printed. This enables you to print many recording cards in a batch. If the current date is not the correct date you can edit the Date Fee Paid field directly to change it but don't edit it directly unless you have first clicked Set Horse Paid, if you intend to print a recording card. Note: This menu item does not appy and will not be visible if your horse eligibility to receive points is determined by the date of the owners membership.
Clear Horse Paid	Clears the Date Fee Paid field and also marks the horse internally as not paid. Note: This menu item does not appy and will not be visible if your horse eligibility to receive points is determined by the date of the owners membership.
Print Horses Paid	Use this item to print a list of horses in the database database. You will be asked if you want to print paid horses only. Note: If your horse eligibility to receive points is determined by the date of the owners membership this item will read Print Horses.
Refresh Points	This causes the horses points to be updated in the event that something should change that would effect their points, such as a change in the Date Fee Paid.
Print Horses Points	This prints a complete points report for all sections the currently selected horse has placed in.
Print Recording Card	This prints a single recording card for the horse on the screen. Note: This menu item does not appy and will not be visible if your horse eligibility to receive points is determined by the date of the owners membership.
Process Recording Cards	Use this item to print recording cards in batch mode. A card will be printed for every horse whose fee has been paid that has not yet been issued a card. Note: This menu item does not appy and will not be visible if your horse eligibility to receive points is determined by the date of the owners membership.
