Set Member Paid

Clicking this puts the current date in the members Date Dues Paid field. Why not just type it in yourself? Because clicking the menu item also adds this member to a list of members that need membership cards printed. This enables you to print many membership cards in a batch. If the current date is not the correct date you can edit the Date Dues Paid field directly to change it but don't edit it directly unless you have first clicked Set Member Paid, if you intend to print a membership card.

Clear Member Paid

Clears the Date Dues Paid field and also marks the member internally as not paid.

Members Paid / Print List

Use this item to print a list of your membership database. You will be asked if you want to print paid members only.

Members Paid / Display Count

This item will display a count of the paid members in the database.

Refresh Points

This causes the members points to be updated in the event that something should change that would effect their points, such as a change in the Date Dues Paid.

Print Member Points

This prints a complete points report for all sections the currently selected member has placed in.

Print Membership Card

This prints a single membership card for the member on the screen.

Process Membership Cards

Use this item to print membership cards in batch mode. A card will be printed for every member whose dues have been paid that has not yet been issued a card. You will also have an opportunity to print a mailing label for each card printed to facilitate mailing.

Print Membership Directory

Prints an alphabetical membership directory with names, addresses, phone number, member number, and member type.

Print Membership Booklet

Prints a membership list in a format suitable for incorporating into a booklet.

Print Mailing Label

This prints a single mailing label for the member on the screen.

Process Mailing Labels

Use this item to print mailing labels. You will select which lists to include and OrgPro^™ will print a label for everyone that is on any of the selected lists.

Mailing List Stats

This item will display a count of the number of members subscribed to each mailing list.
