Divisions

Now you must complete the very important task of defining the sections that your organization will be maintaining points for and having year end awards. You must define the sections for the Hunter, Jumper, Equitation, and Medal divisions, and you must do this separately for each show type that you have defined. Medal sections should be defined if you will have end of year ride offs for riders that have qualified to compete in them.

Select Divisions/Hunter from the Data menu and the following dialog will be displayed

Notice the show types in the drop down box at left, which we show dropped down. You will define sections for each show type, and you will use this drop down to select the show type that you are currently working on.

To add a new section click the New button.

And a new section will be added to the currently selected show type.

Now edit the name in the box below...

And add the additional sections you will be maintaining points for.

When you're done you'll have something like this:

Now you must complete this process for the rest of your show types, if any, and for the Jumper, Equitation, Medal, and Breeding divisions.
