This dialog box enables you to add one or more sections to your organization after you have created your show. Any sections added will be added retroactively to your other shows. You can change the order that the sections are displayed in the list using the Up/Down buttons. The same order will be maintained in all shows. | |
Changing a Classes Section

You can also change the section of a class by highlighting the class in the classes table, highlighting the new desired section in the sections list, and then clicking the Change Class Section button. |
Adding Section Groups

Sometimes what are essentially one day shows are run back to back as one two day show. Day two's classes are a repeat of day one's classes and there are separate championships for each day. | |
The Add Section Group button allows you to add a duplicate section for each section in your show. ShowPro numbers them 1,2, etc. corresponding to the day of the show. You would use #1 for Saturday and #2 for Sunday for example. This gives you separate championships for each day and circuit point and OrgPro compatibility is maintained. This is the result, section 1 for Saturday, section 2 for Sunday. A maximum of seven section groups can be created.
Note: This function is only available before any classes have been added to your show. When you add your first class the button will be grayed. |
