This allows you to record a phone number, fax number, and email address. You can also specify that a company entity is to be associated with this person. This will cause the company to be printed in place of the persons name on all statements which some professionals will want for tax purposes. You can also set a Custom Address here. This allows you to set an address that doesn't conform to the normal addresses supported in ShowPro, one from Mexico for example. If configured this address will print on statements and on mailing labels. Checking the Prize Money box will cause the company to be the designated recipient of any prize money for this entry. |
