Reports Menu

Where appropriate ShowPro^™ provides options to print reports for multiple items, with multiple copies, and other options specific to the task at hand.

Print Starter's / Announcer's Lists Dialog

When appropriate reports are time/date stamped, which is virtually always.

A report can be printed by selecting it from the Reports Menu. In addition ShowPro^™ provides a Report Viewer. When you select Viewer from the Reports Menu the following screen is displayed...

Viewer Screen

The Viewer is displaying a Stall Report and a Balances Report is about to be selected. A viewed report can be printed by clicking the Print button and the number of copies to be printed can be specified.

	The financial reports can be locked/unlocked to allow only authorized access.
	The financial reports have been suppressed from the menu and from the Report Viewer.

Enter Pin Dialog

Once the Financial Reports are locked a PIN number must be entered to unlock them.

Note: The initial PIN number, before another has been set is 0000 (four zeros).

Change PIN Menu Item

You can change the PIN number by selecting Change Pin Number from the Data menu.
