The Transfer button allows you to transfer a credit balance to another entry in the same show, a trainer account, or to the entry with the same horse/owner combination in another show... |

To transfer to another entry just type in the entry number and click Transfer. |

To transfer to the same horse/owner combination in another show just select the show from the drop down and click Transfer. |

To transfer the credit balance to a trainer account, select the trainer from the drop down box and click Transfer. |

Balances can be carried forward from previous shows. This is indicating that there is a previous balance of $1400 that has been carried forward. If you click on the button you have the option to remove the prior amount from the account and you can also print a statement from the show(s) where the balance(s) occurred. |
Uncheck the box to remove the previous balance from this account. Click Print Statements to print statements from the shows where the balances came from. |

In order for balances to be carried forward you must close the financials for the previous show. This is done by selecting Show from the Data menu and clicking the Close Financials button. This should not be done until you are "done" with the previous show. There is no advantage to closing the financials of a show until just prior to your next show. |
