Selecting a Show

Once you have selected an organization from the Select Organization drop down list...

Select Org Drop Down

The Select Show button will become enabled:

Click the Select Show button and a list box will be displayed containing the list of shows in ShowPro^™ for that organization...

Select Show Dialog

The most recent show is always listed first in the list.

Click on the show you want to open and then click Select.

The show will open.

You may also remove the highlighted show by clicking Remove. You will be asked to confirm your intent to delete the show.

Select Show Menu Item

Once you have a show open you can switch between shows by selecting Select Show from the Data menu.

And then selecting the show you want to open.
